New Snapshot Dashboard

As from today all GO Retrieve customers can view vital performance data for their fitness business from their new snapshot Dashboard, making it even easier to keep on top of how your fitness business is growing.
The new snapshot Dashboard gives you access to vital business data, including revenue, bookings, new client information, star performer, and a general overview of client activities. Your GO Retrieve Dashboard is a dynamic dashboard, meaning that it updates in real-time as clients use your booking system.
So, what’s new?
Your Snapshot Dashboard gives you a glimpse of how your fitness business is performing, taking a look at your ‘Star of the Week’, your Revenue, Purchases, Bookings, New Clients, and First Time Visitors.
Star of the week
At the top of your Dashboard is ‘This week’s star client’, “hey that’s where star’s belong”, this client is the client that has placed the most bookings for the week. Your Star client will change throughout the day/week as clients book and manage their classes. The Star of the week is generated through bookings taken from Monday to Sunday, for an in-depth overview of all your members booking activities just take a look at your Reports page.
7-day Revenue
Starting with today’s date, you now have a bar chart to monitor your daily revenue. The revenue bar chart spans over a rolling 7-days so you can see exactly how your fitness business is growing. Your daily revenue for the current day will update with each purchase throughout the day up till midnight. For a deeper look into your revenue figure, you can see a breakdown of each day/client spend through your Reports page.
Snappy Figures
As before you still have access to your key overview figures, listing your total revenue over a 7-day period, your total number of purchases, new signups, and bookings received.
At-Risk
This chart gives you a quick look at how many cancellations and no-shows you have had in the last 7-days. The chart is divided into 3 sections, ‘No-Shows’, those that haven’t turned up for class; ‘Cancelled without Refund’, those that have cancelled without meeting with your required notice; and ‘Refunded’, those clients that have met with your cancellation policy. The At-Risk chart provides a quick visual reference of your clients ‘At-Risk’ activities, for a more in-depth look at individuals please check out your Reports page.
Revenue Clients
As your customers purchase and manage their memberships and/or credits, your ‘Revenue Clients’ chart will automatically update. This chart provides a quick visual reference to the number of clients that have active credits, clients with Admin credits, clients with active memberships and clients that have cancelled their membership this month. For an in-depth look at individual client information please check out your Reports page.
New members & First Visits
The new member’s area shows any new client that has registered with you over the past 7-days, with the ‘First Visits’ area showing any new client that is taking their first class today.
