If you are a customer or a Subscriber or simply a GO Retrieve App user, when you create an account on the GO Retrieve App, or a client’s branded App, we may ask for Personal Information such as your name, email and postal address, emergency contact information, and Other Information that you may provide within your account.
If you are a Subscriber, when you sign up for our Software Service, we ask for your company name, address, phone number, email, credit card information, tax code, and other information about your business, as well as names and email addresses of authorized individuals on your account. We also collect Personal Information about your customers that they provide to the GO Retrieve Services when they initiate a transaction or otherwise interact with you, such as to book an appointment or make a purchase.
We need to collect Personal Information in order to provide the requested GO Retrieve Service to you. If you do not provide or enable us to collect the necessary information, we may not be able to provide the GO Retrieve Service. If you disclose any Personal Information relating to other people to us or to our service providers in connection with any GO Retrieve Services, you represent that you have the authority to do so and to permit us to use the information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

By accessing this website (www.goretrieve.com) and any of the GO Retrieve Services, including if you are a customer or a Subscriber or simply a GO Retrieve App user, when you create an account on the GO Retrieve App, or a client’s branded App, as defined in the Terms of Service, you agree that you have read and understand this Privacy Policy, and that you accept and consent to GO Retrieve’s privacy practices described in this Privacy Policy.

Privacy Policy Changes
We reserve the right to change our Privacy Policy and our Terms of Service at any time. GO Retrieve may change its privacy practices because of changes in relevant and applicable legal or regulatory requirements, the business or business practices of the Company, or in its attempts to better serve your needs. Where changes are made to our privacy policies we will provide notice of such changes via the applicable GO Retrieve Service, and may communicate to you using the electronic contact details that you have supplied for your account, and a revised Privacy Policy will be posted on www.goretrieve.com/privacy-policy.
Gathering of Electronic Data
Once you, your Affiliates, or your End Users register to use a GO Retrieve Product or Service you are not anonymous to GO Retrieve.
When registering with GO Retrieve, you provide personal data, which may include your name, address, contact details, email address, company name, and a password. When using one of the GO Retrieve Services you may also upload photography and hold conversations, all of which will be held on a secure server to allow continued access to the applicable Product or Service.
You own all rights to the title and interests of your data, but you also grant us a license to use your data for certain purposes, for example, to improve our Products and Services or to provide you with complementary products by either us, or one of our partners.
Data Ownership
GO Retrieve Data. owns all right, title and interest in any data or information collected by GO Retrieve independently and without access to, reference to or use of any of Your Data, including, without limitation, any data or information GO Retrieve obtains about End Users through any of the GO Retrieve Services will be solely owned by GO Retrieve.
GO Retrieve will own all Aggregated Data and may use such data for statistical analysis. You agree that nothing in this Agreement will prohibit GO Retrieve from utilising Aggregated Data for any purpose, provided such Aggregated Data does not reveal any personally identifying information about you or any End Users.

What are Cookies?
Cookies are small files that a site or its service provider transfers to your computers hard drive through your Web browser, enabling the sites or service providers systems to recognise your browser and capture and remember certain information.
We only use cookies on www.goretrieve.com for analytical purposes, for example Google Analytics, which helps us to improve our websites performance, and for marketing purposes to help us to provide you with relevant content that may be of interest to you.

How we use the information that we collect
In addition to the uses mentioned or described above, GO Retrieve uses the information that it collects from or about you, your Affiliates and End Users to improve the materials, products and services that GO Retrieve makes available through its Products and Services, to notify you of changes made to the our Services made available on or through the www.goretrieve.com, to evaluate your needs and customise content delivered to you according to those needs, to facilitate the processing of any purchases or uses you make through GO Retrieve, to send you promotional material from the Company and some of our affiliates, and for other legitimate and lawful business purposes of the Company.

To provide the functionality of GO Retrieve and related support

Other than to the extent necessary or convenient for GO Retrieve to perform the Terms of Service, GO Retrieve does not share information collected about you with third parties, except with regard to certain special programs that we offer in connection with some of our business affiliates, which may involve special promotions and/or pricing, and in which you are participating. Should you register as a participant in one of those programs, GO Retrieve will acknowledge your registration and notify our applicable business affiliate of your registration, thereby enabling you to receive the corresponding program benefits. At this time, which may be subject to change in our sole discretion, it is our policy not to sell lists containing personal information about Site users, registrants or subscribers.
All information collected by GO Retrieve is used for internal purposes of providing the Service, providing support to users, and to improve services. Aggregating non-identifying information supplied by users allows GO Retrieve to understand its user base and to improve services.
We do not collect personal information from children
Children under 16 years old are not the target audience for GO Retrieve. To protect their privacy, we prohibit the solicitation of personal information from these children. If you are under the age of 16, please do not submit your email address or any other personal information to us through any of our Services.

Use of Anonymous Information
We may create Anonymous Information from Personal Information by excluding information, such as your name, that makes the information personally identifiable to you. We reserve the right to disclose Anonymous Information at our discretion.

GO Retrieve discloses potentially personally-identifying, or personally-identifying data only to those of its employees, contractors and affiliated organisations that need to know that information in order to process it on GO Retrieve’s behalf or to provide additional services available through GO Retrieve.

GO Retrieve takes commercially reasonable measures to secure and protect customer-specific information transmitted via or stored within our Products and Services. Cross-Border Transfer
GO Retrieve services are controlled and operated from the United Kingdom and are not intended to subject to the laws or jurisdiction of any state, country or territory other than that of the United Kingdom. Your Personal Information may be stored and processed in any country where we have facilities or where we engage service providers, and by using the GO Retrieve you understand that your information may be transferred to countries outside of your country of residence where such countries may have different data protection rules from your country of residence. In certain circumstances, courts, law enforcement agencies, regulatory agencies or security authorities in those other countries may be entitled to access your Personal Information.
