Will you help me set up?

Yes! We configure your account for you, we create your schedules, payments, memberships and everything else. This means you’re ready to instantly start taking payment.

Can I speak with a real human?

Yes! We’re here to answer any questions that you may have, just pick up the phone and call 01803 364040… and I’m pretty sure we’re 100% human!

How long are your contracts?

There are NO long term contracts or commitments, you can use GO Retrieve month to month, and cancel at any time!

Will you help me move from my current system?

Yes! we’ve helped a lot of our customers migrate over from other providers, and we’ll make it as seamless as possible.

Do you provide training?

Yes! All of our training is 100% free and provided via a screen share. You’ll also be pleased to know that we have a wide range of ‘how to’ video’s, just in case you ever get bored.

Do I need a website?

No! We provide you with your own booking website area that you can link to from your social media pages or your customers can book and pay for your services by downloading your custom branded App.

Can I add the custom branded App to PAYGO?

Yes! You can add the custom branded App to PAYGO for only £80 per month, or it comes as part of the Pro package, giving you the ability to send push notification, automatic reminders and re-engagement messages.

How much does it cost to design the custom branded App?

It’s 100% free! we’ll work with you to design the look of your App using your logo, colours, and images. When you’re happy we’ll then upload it Google Play and the App Store.

Do I pay for App updates?

No! all updates are included in your custom branded App subscription.

Is PAYGO really subscription free?

Yes! There is no monthly subscription with PAYGO, you only pay 2.9% per transaction. That’s as little as £2.90 for every £100 you earn!
